WHO WE ARE

Novatec was founded in L'Aquila in 2006 as a spin-off company by a group of professors and researchers from the University of L'Aquila, together with Tecnomatic SpA, to enhance the members' skills on the market and put them at the service of the growth of the Italian industrial system.

Through the first orders in the automotive sector, followed by the food and pharmaceutical sectors, and the constant collaboration of research groups from the University of L'Aquila on the issues of technological innovation and digital, the company has developed a strong experience in designing and realizing tailor-made turnkey solutions for the industry

Novatec is ability to mix different technologies for new standards of efficiency, quality and safety, is ability to integrate sensors, software and electronic components in top automation systems, is attention to combine the needs of customers with the most suitable technologies, is respect for the environment through the constant search for materials and components ‘ green ‘. These are the levers on which the competitiveness of the group is based.

 

Novatec is structured through a team of automation, process and smart technologies specialists, able to support companies in the analysis of technological needs and propose targeted solutions. The well-established link with the university world allows, if necessary , to successfully integrate researchers into the working team.

 

The company has an internal production unit for production of high-tech spare parts, prototypes and machinery in small series, manufactured according to international safety and industry directives (e.g. ISO-13849-1 x SRP/CS, OSHA CFR 1910.147 x Lockout/Tagout, etc.)

 

Novatec adopts internal policy to protect any confidential and proprietary information of the customer. Among our customers we include leading companies in their fields such as Alfasigma, Sanofi, SAES Getters, Lazzaroni, Micron Technology, DMP Electronics, IMM Hydraulics, Menarini, just to name a few.
